4. Refunds & Cancellations

All purchases are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or exchanges once a purchase is completed.

Users can cancel their subscription at any time. However, refunds will not be issued, and the subscription remains active until the prepaid period concludes. Any unused product link unlocks at the end of the billing cycle are forfeited.

6. Product Shipment

Freebly does not guarantee the shipment of products unlocked by users. The fulfillment of orders and shipping is the responsibility of the third-party retailers. We provide links to their products, but we do not control the actual delivery process.

The service is intended for lawful purposes only. Users are prohibited from utilizing the service for any activities that violate applicable laws, statutes, or regulations. Any violation of this may result in the termination of your account.

9. Account Suspension

In the event of account suspension due to a breach of terms, Freebly is not obligated to refund or reimburse any lost subscription fees, product link unlocks, or other associated costs or benefits linked to the account.

Users acknowledge that any misuse or violation of the Terms and Conditions may result in the suspension of their account, resulting in the forfeiture of all subscription fees, product link unlocks, and other associated costs or benefits.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Freebly platform, website, and associated services, including, but not limited to, text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Freebly and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of this content is prohibited.

You may not attempt to reverse engineer or otherwise abuse or misuse any services offered by Freebly. Any violation of this may result in the termination of your account and/or legal action.
